Review/Notes:

I really enjoyed this movie, which is why I'm presenting it here. I would definitely like to live indefinitely. ;) It's interesting that they mention The Epic of Gilgamesh. Do you think it's possible that those talked about in the epic had the secret to a much longer lifespan? The Torah also mentions people (such as Adam and Eve) living hundreds of years. Is it possible that some of these stories are not purely myth? Did these people have a higher technology than us? If not, the secret must be in more "low tech" solutions. According to Hermetic Alchemy the confection of the Philosopher's Stone and the Elixir of Life (which are one and the same) can be done by anyone with an average level of skill and intelligence living anywhere in the world with a minimum of equipment if only they possess the method. Did the ancients have this method? It would be nice if they did, especially if that secret has somehow survived into the present. Unfortunately, the most likely answer is that these stories are pure mythology. Either way, until it is achieved there will always be people working on conquering death.
